The building blocks: Key assessment parameters

When you hear “assessment,” you might picture a long, complicated test. In reality, it’s mostly a series of simple measurements and conversations. A nutritionist or doctor pieces together different clues to see your complete nutritional picture. These clues fall into three main categories.
